I have subsequently been back to Garber Randall Cadillac for a few very minor issues with the car and Kirk has taken care of me each time. Both times I've been in, Kirk has taken care of my concerns very swiftly and absolutely exceeded my expectations. I can tell, by the interactions I overheard while I was there both times, that the service I received was not at all uncommon. Every conversation I heard by all Service Advisors and Sales Associates was exactly the same...warm, friendly and highly competent.
