Found a used Nissan Altima online that I wanted to see in person. The experience from the first point of contact was great. I met my salesperson, Djamal Oucif, upon arrival. By far, Djamal's demeanor was absolutely the best encountered. I was very happy when I saw the vehicle in person. When you know what you want, you go after it. I pushed on a few things and it worked out for me. The Finance Manager, Kenny Keelen, Jr. also found a great lender for me that included an additional warranty - one that covers more than just the powertrain. I felt like Djamal and Kenny had my best interest in heart - yes, of course, selling me a car benefits them - however, I felt like Djamal heard me and my asks and did what he could to make them happen. At the end of the buying process, I drove away very happy with the deal I got and, more importantly, the customer service I received. Oftentimes, customer service itself can make or break a deal.
