Won’t be bringing my vehicle back here anytime soon. Basically paid them for nothing to take off sensors they claimed didn’t work. Won’t be recommending them to anyone and don’t ever worry about me brin Basically paid them for nothing to take off sensors they claimed didn’t work. Won’t be recommending them to anyone and don’t ever worry about me bringing my vehicle back this is the second time something like this has happened. I’ll go somewhere else gladly. More

Brought a running car in for an oil change. I usually get my oil changes at another Ford dealer, but I went to this location for an oil change for the first time. Regardless I have only gotten I usually get my oil changes at another Ford dealer, but I went to this location for an oil change for the first time. Regardless I have only gotten oil changes at ford dealers. The technician Divis informed me after 45ish minutes of waiting that the Engine oil drain plug stripped beyond repair. The replacement price would be more than $1,300. Divis told me that the had removed the oil, but they were unable to get the drain plug back on. He suggested that the other dealer I take the car to had stripped Left with a disabled car. After calling Ford the customer service rep suggested that I take the car to the other dealer since Murgado is saying the damage was done at the other dealer. Before getting my car towed out Divis told me that I would need to buy a $13 Oil Filter so any residual oil didn’t leak (as they could couldn’t get the oil drain plug back on “because of the damage caused by the other dealer”) After towing my car to the other dealer that I usually take it to. The other dealer told me that That the cap is smashed on and that the oil pan was treaded from the inside (so why did I need the new oil filter for towing). This dealer said they tighten this part by hand and that they are unsure how damage like that could occur. I did not appreciate being ping ponged to another dealer and having to pay $1000 for a problem that’s frankly between two dealers. The part that needed to be replaced is a part that has only been touched by ford dealers, is not something that moves while driving and the damage was not normal road wear. I left feeling that this location wasn’t being completely honest with me. I personally feel they told me what they needed to get me out of their hair and to not own up to a mistake. I personally can’t trust this location anymore. Worst dealer service experience I have ever had. More
