I appreciate young Diogo’s patient, instructive and enthusiastic guidance through the process. He listened and responded to my needs and questions without undue pressure, just enough to keep my focus on my selection. The general atmosphere at CitySide was most friendly and welcoming. More

The dealership was very helpful, people were friendly and the dealership was clean and comfortable. Nothing stood out, but in a good way. Diogo Malmonge was clear and answered all of our questions regarding pricing and helped us decide if a hybrid or traditional Crosstrec or Forester was right for us. He spent the time needed test dri questions regarding pricing and helped us decide if a hybrid or traditional Crosstrec or Forester was right for us. He spent the time needed test driving and showing us how to use the new digital features. Our old Forester was a 2010. Consequently, we had a lot to learn in terms of the new digital technology being employed. My partner Nancy and I are both retired college professors and we can say that Diogo is an outstanding teacher and salesman - actually the type of salesperson we prefer to work with. Enthusiastic, caring, informative, detail oriented, and knowledgeable of your product. We have been with City Side for about 15 years and we are pleased that you have hired someone with integrity who is easy, patient and great to work with. We appreciate his sense of humor and attentiveness to our many questions and needs for a new auto. Sincerely, Nancy Davies and James Cambronne More

Your staff in person are wonderful. Anything physically done in person is wonderful. Years of wonderful service from the actual staff at cityside subaru. However. Your computer syste Anything physically done in person is wonderful. Years of wonderful service from the actual staff at cityside subaru. However. Your computer systems are always terrible. Which I a reminded of when the request to leave feedback email refers to me as an entirely wrong name. Not even my Father's name, a mash up of both our names. Your computer systems always mix us up, always mix up our phones, always mix up our emails. No matter how many years, no matter how often your staff tries to fix it. Subaru's computer systems always keep making these mistakes, even now that I have just bought a new car. Even now, Mysubaru.com still lists an error typo version of my email as my contact information, which was an error made years ago, regardless of me selecting my correct email for the confirmation code on initial sign in. Which I can not change myself, as it simply tells me that my REAL email is already registered. Your staff have said they would try to fix it, back when I paid for my new car, and nearly a week later it is still a problem. Which I do not blame the staff for, because they have been trying and failing to fix your terrible computer systems making mistakes on my name, my contact info, or even if I have ever even had service at cityside subaru, for years. I can trust your staff to replace the rusted out suspension of a car, which they have on my old 2008 forester. I still can't trust your computer systems to even remember that I have a car, or my name. More
