This dealership is Bad I would strongly recommend any person looking for a vehicle to go elsewhere. Once they sell you the vehicle or should I say hustle you out your money your on your own. Their cars a person looking for a vehicle to go elsewhere. Once they sell you the vehicle or should I say hustle you out your money your on your own. Their cars are not in good running condition. They say anything to sell the vehicle like giving you false promises. There was an aftermarket remote starter put in the car which caused it to damage the starter which I had to pay $1,100 at the Kia dealership to fix. I called them to let them know and they basically told me if I can’t get the vehicle to them I’m screwed. Which meant getting the car towed from Burlington Ma to Framingham Ma. Just all around bad communication and dishonesty with this dealership. More

I went in to test drive a truck. The mileage listed on the website and told to me by the employee sales rep was 29,575. After the rep went to get the car keys I looked at the carfax. The mileage listed on the website and told to me by the employee sales rep was 29,575. After the rep went to get the car keys I looked at the carfax. The car is a 2021 but had been purchased fall of 202. I see that the vehicle had oil changes at roughly 10k, 24k, and 45k by the end of 2022. Oil changes in 2023 were at roughly 49k and 66k. The car sold at auction and was purchased by Automax, and now the mileage said 29,575. I can't say with certainty that Automax rolled the odometer after purchase, or the dealership/owner did before, but either way, Automax was aware of the discrepancy with the carfax. Not only did they not address it, they flat out lied about it. I spoke to another couple to warn them and I they mentioned that they had test drove a different vehicle there and noticed the same issue. When they pressed the sales rep they were told "oh thats because it was reported in kilometers. After that conversation I met my "sales Rep" and told him about the discrepancy. What did he reply? "Oh thats because its in kilometers. I pointed out the service had only ever been in Michigan and he leaves to "Tell his manager." he returns to say "that was a clerical issues and we already emailed the Valvoline about it." I showed him the 3-4 other oil changes that reported mileage higher than the odometer is currently. He had no more pre-scripted responses. It seems like a common trick they try and pull. I walked out after he asked if I was uncomfortable with the truck. More

Professional, well presented facilities and personnel. Polite sales approach without the usual used car sales tactics. Vehicle ready promptly, on time and well detailed. Great buying experience. Asked me to commit fraud or they would unwind the deal. Demanded I call the bank and tell them information that wasn’t true. Demanded I call the bank and tell them information that wasn’t true. More

If you're reading this it's because (like me) you value reading reviews and other people's experiences. Look no further. Three major departments of any dealership are sales, finance, and service. I can reading reviews and other people's experiences. Look no further. Three major departments of any dealership are sales, finance, and service. I can confidently say I had a horrible experience in all three of these departments. [For context, I worked in the automotive industry for three years so I have a pretty good idea of what the process should or shouldn't be.] Sales: the salesman I worked with (Diogo) could use some additional training on customer service skills. When I initially left the dealership, and we were still negotiating, he was very responsive via call or text. Literally the day after the deal was completed and I signed the paperwork, he was very difficult to get ahold of. This persisted for several days. Although I explained to Diogo that I previously worked in the industry and was serious about purchasing the vehicle, he nevertheless used patronizing language like I had never purchased a car before. Finance: the sales manager/finance manager was almost as bad as Diogo, but not quite. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I told them that I was looking for X for my trade and if we hit that number I was ready to do the paperwork. After going back and forth for half an hour, he finally says, "if I can get to X paperwork, are you ready to buy the car right now?" To which I said of course, that's all I've been saying. He comes back and says, "I gave your car a second look and we can't get to that number. It actually might need tires." Just a slimy way to negotiate. I ended up purchasing even after all that because we were only $500 off. The finance manager was condescending and dismissive, and suddenly became the nicest guy in the world once I actually purchased the vehicle. Service: the day I drove my vehicle home, I noticed a very loud and obnoxious grinding sound coming from the wheels that I did not hear while I was test driving it. I contacted the salesman right away and he was unresponsive (surprise). When I finally made it back to the dealership, they took a look and said that the sound must be coming from the tires because some tires just sound like that because of the wheel pattern. I explained that this was very unusual and I have never heard such a sound coming from tires. At the end of the day, I cancelled the deal altogether and will never return to give them business again. The only reason I didn't have a bad experience with the parts department is because I didn't interact with them. Please go elsewhere for a vehicle purchase. More
