I have had two really impressive interactions with this dealership. The sales process and service. I am writing this first review on sales. Derek Parker is an outstanding professional who pays attention to dealership. The sales process and service. I am writing this first review on sales. Derek Parker is an outstanding professional who pays attention to details and thinks proactively about customer needs. He has a great personality, friendly, knowledgeable, and has follow up that is spot on. He is a true professional. I would happily buy another vehicle from Derek or recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. BTW, the Armada is awesome too. Luigi in finance and Jay, the sales manager were also very professional and helpful. That is all I have for now, but look out for my separate posting on the service team who took it to another level also. More

I have a 2021 Nissan Armada and was having issues with a noisy clutch fan that was running excessively. I took it to Leith Nissan in Cary and was greeted by Dinh Nguyen a.k.a. "B". Let me tell you that this noisy clutch fan that was running excessively. I took it to Leith Nissan in Cary and was greeted by Dinh Nguyen a.k.a. "B". Let me tell you that this visit for diagnosis and then the follow up for the repair after ordering the report were outstanding. The service team greets you upon arrival immediately, takes photos of the car so you don't have to worry about any surprises or damage, and they escort you to the service waiting area which is clean and has plenty of coffee and snacks. I may have to start using this as my remote office. ;-). Anyway, I digress. B was very flexible with scheduling the service, sent me a text confirmation right away and also just a day or so before my scheduled appointment. He was always responsive on text. He had projected that the repair would take 3 hours when I scheduled it, so I was prepared to hang out at the dealership from 8am-11am and would work from the waiting area. I grabbed some coffee and sat down with my laptop. Within an hour, I received a text message with a video showing my already completed repairs and the technician confirming that everything was completed and running great with no excessive noise. I was blow away that they have completed the work that quickly. I just can't say enough positive about this dealership service and sales teams. If you are looking for a new vehicle, look no further than Leith Nissan. Thank you Derek, Jay, Luigi, and especially B in the service department. Great job guys!!! More
