My wife and I both purchased cars from Hempstead Lincoln/Ford. From the beginning they were great…knowledgeable and caring. Unfortunately my wife’s car, a lease, developed engine troubles. I was dea Lincoln/Ford. From the beginning they were great…knowledgeable and caring. Unfortunately my wife’s car, a lease, developed engine troubles. I was dealing with Jackie, from service, and she was…is GREAT. I understand cars are machines, and sometimes things do not work out well, or can’t be fixed 100%, but at Hempstead Ford/Lincoln it certainly is not for lack of trying. The service department worked tirelessly on my wife’s car, and throughout Jackie…as I said…was and is great, as she texted me constantly with updates, worked overtime to ensure my wife had a loaner car, called me to give Me updates, and ensured me everything was being done to correct the issue. In a day and age where cars are way different than older cars (which were all engine and I worked on over many years today’s cars are complicated with detailed wiring, computers, etc. and are very intricate), and often complicated to service, Hempstead Ford/Lincoln has a fine line of men and women running their service Department, and go above and beyond to help you. Sometimes machines just developed issues with no rhyme or reason…but this dealership brings rhyme and reason to fixing the issues, and spearheading “the front line”, dealing with oft angry car owners, is a woman like Jackie who is always pleasant, informative, understanding, and goes far beyond what any, if not almost every, business or dealership does to ensure customer satisfaction, convenience, understanding, informed, and happiness is attained. In a day and age few businesses believe the customer is always right (which in many cases customers are unreasonable) but not at Hempstead Ford/Lincoln… regardless of the customers demeanor, they treat their customers as if they are not only right, but deserving of “concierge type service”…and with a woman like Jackie that “concierge type service” is always attained. Hempstead Ford/Lincoln is a top notch dealership, with top notch service, and in Jackie, they have THE TOP NOTCH WOMAN” at the forefront of that service. THANK YOU. John M More
