I dropped my car off at another local Audi dealership in Maryland (not Rockville and not silver spring) to check my car for a recall, tire bubble and to address an “unusual” sound when I turn the wheel - ev Maryland (not Rockville and not silver spring) to check my car for a recall, tire bubble and to address an “unusual” sound when I turn the wheel - everything was fine until the service representative lied and stated I gave permission for the dealership to Work on my car for almost $1000. Not only did the rep lie, he was extremely rude and hung the phone up on me. As a customer who pays a lot of money for his car and has recommended several people who have purchased expensive Audi models - I was a bit shocked at the unprofessionalism at this specific Maryland location. Instead of finding a way to help the customer - essentially I was left with you need to call your dealership and figure it out. After talking to a manager and several calls with my “home” Audi dealership the problem was resolved. Luckily before I went to that Audi’s location GM and corporate I was able to talk to Dimitra and another gentlemen from Audi Silver Spring - they went above and beyond to help me and assist me with resolving my issue. Even if the answer is you have to pay $1000 being kind, respectful and helpful goes a long way with customer loyalty - Dimitra saved me as a customer and I’ll happily buy a car from silver spring Audi again; however, as to the other dealership in Maryland - they need to Work on service rep training. More

Dimitra is the best customer service rep in the service department. While I have moved on from Audi as my car make, I will not forget her smile, welcoming personality, and the attention she provided during department. Received excellent assistance getting my RS5 serviced after a misfiring engine rendered it unusable and parts were damaged. Dimitra was insanely amazing, she worked exceptionally well at negotiating and after a misfiring engine rendered it unusable and parts were damaged. Dimitra was insanely amazing, she worked exceptionally well at negotiating and coordinating with the warranty company on my behalf getting much of the parts and service covered. It is very clear her work as well as the techs got me my car back in absolutely perfect shape in a very reasonable amount of time and cost. This was an insanely stressful event for me. To have my car break down needing so much service really racked my mind, but Dimitra kept me informed along the way of everything needing to be done and being done to fix my vehicle, especially when the technicians found additional work with my camshaft that was needed. I'm truly happy to have trusted the team at Audi Silver Spring with my vehicle. More

The service technician's communication was clear and I understood the situation. I was able to approve the service and get updates via text. I made the mistake of taking my car somewhere cheaper to get work done, but it was not worth it. The quality of care I received at Audi Silver Spring is well worth every dollar spent.
