I would like my service issue resolved. As of right now, I am waiting for a callback from Kevin regarding my issue today.It's been 40 min since he promised to call me back. I scheduled a As of right now, I am waiting for a callback from Kevin regarding my issue today.It's been 40 min since he promised to call me back. I scheduled an appt for 9:30 this morning and at that time was told it would take 1 1/2 hrs to get the keyfob programmed. When I arrived this morning, Dillon said it would take 2 hrs. I sat in the waiting room from 9:30-12:25 waiting for the car to be ready. Nobody ever came to check or report on the progress. I was told when I approached Dillon that the service tech had problems getting it programmed. When I got home, I looked at the invoice and it stated the car was ready at 10:55. I sat for an extra 90 minutes for someone to get me and nothing. Totally inexcusable that my time isn't valuable. As I write, I'm still waiting for a callback from Kevin 50 minutes later.
