Took my truck for a Transmission flush there is a bulletin on it by GM. Transmission shudder. They say they couldn’t find a shutter. I sent them a video of the shudder. They still wouldn’t flush the bulletin on it by GM. Transmission shudder. They say they couldn’t find a shutter. I sent them a video of the shudder. They still wouldn’t flush the transmission. Already had it diagnosed at another dealer but they did not have the fluid to do it. Total incompetence by this dealer. My second bad review of them. More like John Sheister Chevrolet. They are the worst. I’ll never recommend them. Never!!!! More

Employees are friendly and cordial. The only problem I have is, when they called me over the phone to pay for my service, I gave my card number and then I was told that there would be The only problem I have is, when they called me over the phone to pay for my service, I gave my card number and then I was told that there would be a 3.5 percent charge to me if I used my charge card! I've never had to pay a big company a charge card fee! I've been bringing my vehicles for several years to Heister to be serviced. And to charge me the credit card fee is wrong. It has bothered me enough that we are thinking of taking our cars to some other mechanic. More
