We put $1000 down on a Highlander. Was told it should be expected in within 30 days. It took 45-50 days to come in and we happened to be on vacation, which we had informed the dealer Was told it should be expected in within 30 days. It took 45-50 days to come in and we happened to be on vacation, which we had informed the dealership of. Toyota of Erie called us, said the vehicle was in, I told them we would be back in two weeks and they informed us if we couldn't pick it up immediately they would sell it to someone else. No one tried to work with us or find a solution, just basically tough luck. Now we're 50 -60 days behind on a new waiting list with no car in sight. Not happy about how we were treated. More
