I am overly upset! The man who did my paperwork clearly lied to me. I asked about ever single detail of pricing so I would be prepared for what my final prices would be, little did I know they must love to lied to me. I have a whiteness me and my co signer asked the man, if a warranty came with the BRAND NEW car I purchased and he said yes without any extra charge. Thinking he was an honest human I signed and then lord behold it was bs! 4,500 dollar extra fee???? For a New 2021 car? I got lied to and I will never be back here. They lied just to make money off of me when I asked them to there face if there’s any extra fees and I got a “no”. Money doesn’t grow on trees and that 4,500 is nothing little. More

Bought truck from used car department, they padded mileage in their favor by 2300 miles was told they dont have to keep accurate mileage records for vehicles over 10 years old. Ive spemt ovet 3000 dollars to drive 1800 miles and now its down again. EGR delete was installed before purchase. Its illegal in all 50 states for dealerships to sell deleted emissions vehicles. Serra Toyota violated Federal consumer laws selling the truck. More
