I am dearly sorry that we missed your request on information about the mini-cooper. With the high volume of emails and phone calls we receive sometimes, one falls through the crack that we miss. How could I improve your experience? I see that you would like to keep communication through email rather than phone, we usually try to keep it through phone because one phone call can eliminate 7-8 emails. If you would could you provide me with your phone number, that would be great, if not, I can get you contacted with a sales consultant through email.
