Lincoln is supposed to be a luxury car and service. So far out of the times we’ve been in for service, the quality of service has been very disappointing. From the lack of knowledge of how long the service would take, to the ride that’s supposed to be provided to be taken from and back to the dealer to pick up my vehicle. Even Toyota who’s extremely busy with customers, use Lyft or Uber to help customers. Lincoln relies on one driver who takes over na hour to even to call us to pick us up. Definitely disappointed with my choice with Findley Lincoln as my new vehicle. Maybe should’ve gone to Lexus instead. More
