In May 2024, I purchased a used 2023 Chevy Bolt from Jeff Belzer Chevrolet Lakeville in the Cities. While the initial sales experience was positive, the follow-through on key details and extra warrantee left Belzer Chevrolet Lakeville in the Cities. While the initial sales experience was positive, the follow-through on key details and extra warrantee left me very disappointed. Here are the specific issues I encountered: Missing Key: I specifically confirmed that I needed two keys before taking the car for a test drive, and was informed that it would not be a problem. Despite this, the second key wasn't readily available. I was told it would be mailed, but I have yet to receive it (as of July 2024) despite multiple follow-up calls (over 10). Always told the same we will get back to you and no one ever has. Extended Warranty: My inquiry about an extended warranty was brushed aside, and it was revisited when financing. I specifically mentioned wanting to use my credit card to rebuild credit, but the finance department then pressured me to add the warranty to my credit card. Unprepared Delivery: Upon picking up the car, it wasn't fully charged (despite calling ahead to confirm a full charge for the drive home). Additionally, the charging cable needed to be added to the trunk. We needed to go back that same night to get it, and we were given part of it, not all of it. Questionable Service: I paid for a seat treatment, but I wonder if it was performed. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and follow-through significantly impacted my experience. This was a significant purchase for me, amounting to around $20,000, and the dealership's lapses unfortunately overshadowed the initial positive interaction. I sincerely hope this review helps other potential customers be aware of these issues and make informed decisions. I also hope the garage gets back to me as we wanted to go by truck and send friends there, but now everything is on hold. More

Went into the dealership to find the truck I wanted to purchase. found the exact ruck exact the box needed to be 6'5", this caused me to build my truck... It was a Chevy RST w/the Rally package, told the salesman I want the same truck but the longer box.. Didn't get the Rally package, upsold me to 22" tires which cost me $3500 roughly & then i need to purchase my 4" side step assist boards for another $750.00. Sales manager came into picture to resolve the issue but only to pass it off to the parts/accessories guy...He was very helpful....to get me what I wanted but end result was about paying $3000.00 more for the truck than I needed to pay. Good help is hard to find...Apparently it's the customers responsibility to understand the truck descriptions vs the dealership!! Lesson learned...Thanks Belzers More

I came in and looked at a vehicle and was told I could not buy it until it was out of reconditioning, it was not told to me that I could buy it, even if it is Jeff Belzers policy that they can sell it. The salesman straight up lied to me and the internet manager I talked to the day before today. I will never buy from them again. This is not the first time I have had this experience. I used to live in Dallas Tx and called about a vehicle with them giving me the price on the phone. I called 7 times in two weeks to make sure the price was gonna be the same. Flew up here and the price ended up being 5k over what I was told. It took talking to the general manager for them to come off 2k. They lie, hide behind rules that customers don’t know, and just have a crappy attitude when you call. Buyer beware it is not worth anything to buy from here. More
