Felt taken advantage of Received 6000. under blue book and other dealers appraisal, the best deal they came up with was 2000. higher then internet special . That's $8000.00 they were trying to make off of 1 sale , I understand trying to make a dollar just not making $8000.00 off of one customer . Couldn't believe it was actually said to me with a smile like this is normal practice . Showed me Kelly blue book average price of $26,000+ for my trade and offered $20,000, I truly believe because my payoff is $20,000 from paying over and above minimum payment . More

Great experience! This was my first Toyota purchase. I went with friends that recommened this dealership. Initially I had a Subaru Legacy in mind but test drove a Corol This was my first Toyota purchase. I went with friends that recommened this dealership. Initially I had a Subaru Legacy in mind but test drove a Corolla & loved it! I hate high pressured sales & that is one of the reasons I like this dealership. All of my questions were answered, I was able to have prices given to me on several cars with NO haggling. I had many questions & different options I wanted to consider & Richard was very patient with me. I was made to feel as though all his attention was focused on me and my car purchase. After seeing the service dept. and waiting area as well I know I'll enjoy going there for service. Absolutely LOVED this dealership!!! More

First time 4Runner buyer Ease of negotiation; almost no need to haggle over price. Prices listed are already at invoice with little to no markup unlike other dealerships. Great experience! My husband and I recently went to Toyota of Boardman and worked with Dick Bell. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He helpe My husband and I recently went to Toyota of Boardman and worked with Dick Bell. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He helped us pick out a certified Rav4, which was exactly what we were looking for. He did a wonderful job making sure we were happy with our decision and made us feel very comfortable. We were in and out in 2 hours on a Saturday. It was such a great experience! We will recommend working with him to anyone! We worked with Rich for all of our finance and registration paperwork. He explained everything very thoroughly and simply, which was very helpful. He was very nice and took care of all paperwork for us! Such a quick and easy process! More
