Have been purchasing Ford vehicles for awhile now. We have been going to Beechmont Ford mainly because of the customer service that we always receive from Dick Barrick. Just purchased a 2014 Ford Escap have been going to Beechmont Ford mainly because of the customer service that we always receive from Dick Barrick. Just purchased a 2014 Ford Escape, and we are very pleased with it. We contacted Mr. Barrick by phone and told him what we wanted, he responded within a day or two, and informed us that he found the vehicle we wanted, just come in and sign the papers. We were in and out within an hour. I would overall give Mr. Barrick and Beechmont Ford a rating of 100%because of statement mentioned above.
