As long as we continue to purchase Lexus vehicles we will return this dealership.The only negative is the $879 dealer prep fee that they insist upon, which I personally find too high especially since virtually all consumer sites advise not to even pay it. To their credit though we were able to negotiate down to total bottom line price that we found reasonable even though the $879 was still in it. More

Best Car Buying Experience I’ve Ever Had I have been a Lexus owner for 8 years, and have dealt with three different Lexus dealerships over the years. This was by far the most straightforward I have been a Lexus owner for 8 years, and have dealt with three different Lexus dealerships over the years. This was by far the most straightforward and transparent buying, financing, and trade transaction I have ever had. There is absolutely no runaround associated with Treasure Coast Lexus. As an educated buyer, I thoroughly researched what my trade should be worth, what the vehicle I was purchasing should cost, and what finance options I should have based on my credit. As Gary Mariarossi, the Operations Manager, appraised my trade-in, Howard Kent took my wife and myself to test drive the 2 models we were considering. He took his time and answered questions, not trying to oversell, but helping us find the vehicle that best fit OUR needs. Once we decided we sat down once again with Gary. He acknowledged the excellent shape my 2011 ES 350 was in, as well as the demand for the Matador Red color, and Ultra Luxury package. He then presented the offer for the car that exceeded what I had hoped for. He then carefully laid out the pricing on the RX 350 we wanted with discounts and rebates that easily met the figure I had in mind based on my research. Finally, he offered financing options that were varied and fair. He printed out monthly payment options based on different rates, And different terms, including leasing options. Never one bit of hurry, never one bit of pressure on the part of either Howard or Gary. This was the first time I had ever purchased a vehicle the first time I visited the dealership. Howard kindly assisted in preparing the paperwork, and even contacted my insurance agent to transfer the policy. In the meantime, our new car was being prepared for us to take home. Howard walked us to the Service Department and introduced us to Luis, the Service Advisor we will see when we bring the car in for maintenance. Once all this was done, we were brought to the car, where Dianne Spencer was waiting to go over all of the features of the car to assure we were ready to go. From beginning to end, the entire experience was First Class. We will be returning in the fall when my wife’s lease is up to get her a vehicle at Treasure Coast. More
