RJ was responsive and initiated the call in reference to trading in my 2020 Gladiator. We were in the market for a New Wagoneer/Grand Cherokee/Durango as our 2014 Durango was out of warranty and although a trading in my 2020 Gladiator. We had not driven a Wagoneer and other dealers said due to a recall we couldn't. Ray was responsive, allowed me to test drive a Wagoneer, and appraised our Durango. We did not have finance information, however we were preapproved by Chase and knew we could get financing once we decided on which car would suite our needs and budget. I am a long time Jeep customer (1987) and even though the Wagoneer doesn't always receive favorable write ups I have come to rely on CDJR products as this is Jeep #6 and I have other CDJR also. Andrew Thomas gave the information needed for the First Responder Discount (28 years Fire Captain/Paramedic) Diane assisted with the financial portion (quick and Easy).
