This dealership has no INTEGRITY and lacks honesty. I was working with Diane Ourk, on purchasing a 2021 Toyota Tundra we finalized the documentation for purchase. She said she would get back to me. I d I was working with Diane Ourk, on purchasing a 2021 Toyota Tundra we finalized the documentation for purchase. She said she would get back to me. I didn’t hear from her for a few hours. I contacted Diane told and she told me the truck is now sold. She said someone else sold the truck as if all sales representatives don’t work in the same building. This was after my application was finalized. Avoid this place!! Horrible service!!! More
