She asked if I was looking for a new vehicle and the model if I was looking. I responded, just in for an oil change but if I was looking it would be for a Durango. I have my oil changed at the dealership every 3,000 miles. The next time I had the vehicle in for a change I again walked the new car showroom. Diane was in, said hello, and asked if I was ready to take a Durango for a test drive. What a memory. On top of the memory she is a very professional sales representative for the dealership. It is easy to understand why she has been earned the awards arranged on her file cabinet.. Well, after a year + of oil changes and offers to test drive a Durango my wife & I finally did take a test drive & ended up purchasing a new vehicle. Diane & her co-worker, Mark Jablonicky, made the purchase occur efficiently & orderly. If you are interested in a new Chrysler product I would recommend you working with this pair of Suburban Chrysler reps. More
