Great deal and pleasant experience overall. I found an auto that interested me on the dealership website and I called salesperson Diane Marshall and gave her the auto vin and description. When I arrived at the dealership an hour later the auto was waiting for me to inspect and test drive. It was also prepped and fueled and ready to go. The test drive was impressive and Bingo, so was the offer for my trade-in. Ms Marshall was of considerable assistance in arriving at the value of my trade as she was in informing me of the best incentive/financing option available for my new car purchase. I honestly did not think that I was going to buy a car that day and I was not pressured by anyone to do that. Everything just fit just right. More

Coming from a GM family, and having owned GM vehicles for 20 years, I had no idea who to work with when I decided to buy a Wrangler. The positive reviews led me right to Diane, and as a result my auto buying experience was better than I could've imagined! Diane was very experienced, patient and dedicated to helping me find the one out there that matched my criteria and budget. She left no stone unturned when it came to getting me the best price possible, and advocated on my behalf to get a better price on my trade-in. Diane worked diligently for quite awhile to eventually find my Jeep in OH, then coordinated the sale expertly. Teddy in Finance closed the deal and was also very patient, professional, and thorough. Diane also made sure we met some of the Service team before we left. When she handed over the keys, she seemed genuinely as excited as we were about our new vehicle. AWESOMISM! We can't say enough about Roger as he truly worked his butt off for us! 'If' he didn't know the answer, he would go find someone who did or we would a We can't say enough about Roger as he truly worked his butt off for us! 'If' he didn't know the answer, he would go find someone who did or we would all find out together. He wouldn't leave us with any unanswered questions. And we had plenty. Roger had to deal with plenty variables working with us. We had to have a vehicle that had to support an automatic wheelchair (The Beast) and it had to be able to be feasible enough to get me in and out comfortably. It also had to be something that would allow my husband to cart things if need be as he was giving up a truck to go into this new vehicle. I think we must have worked Roger and a few others to the bone to finally end up Leasing a Town & Country. AND we love it!!! We also had to deal with the Issues of the dealership for dealers parking in the Handicap spots of which I am certain sure they are working very hard to correct this problem. RIGHT BOYS???? RIGHT???? Pretty sure they will hear The Beast's horn if not! We should have been on the clock there as we met a lot of other friendly salespeople besides Roger. However, I must say that working with Roger was by far the greatest as we truly respect his honesty, knowledge and aggressiveness. Thanks for tolerating 'US' Roger ... LOL/You're the greatest! More
