I'm pleasantly surprised how fantastic this dealership was. The service was impeccable. They took care of my problem all while I waited in their beautiful waiting area. While waiting, I observed the staff, how they carry themselves, dressed. Ramon Flores in service helped us so much with our A3. We ended up upgrading to an S5 with an amazing salesman named Matt Rodriguez. He is friendly, professional, courteous and not pushy at all. We got a chance to meet Brett, the sales manager, for a brief moment as well and we were very impressed with his amazing customer service. You can tell he is a good leader for his entire team.
