Overpriced services. They told me the engine air filter needed replacement without checking when it was last replaced. Victor was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to fix my car as a retaliation for my previous low rating of the shop. Diana was rude as well. Quality of work poorly done. Will never recommend anyone to this service center. Problems encounter: missing wheel well & front grill clips , missing screws on steering column a Will never recommend anyone to this service center. Problems encounter: missing wheel well & front grill clips , missing screws on steering column and vehicle keys not properly coded. Technicians need to be retrained and a quality inspection of tech’s work should be performed before car is returned to customer. This service center doesn’t represent Honda’s high reputation. On another note Diana was nice, personable & very helpful in answering customer’s questions. More
