All of the people in the Service Department are very friendly and helpful. I truly don't mind bringing in my Tahoe for service. I asked about routine maintenance when I set the appointment. They said they could not tell me until they do the oil change and inspection. Then they said I would need maintenance that would take ab appointment. They said they could not tell me until they do the oil change and inspection. Never spoke with the service advisor I had an appointment with but the other advisors were very helpful. Unfortunately just an oil change took over an hour and a half even when it was scheduled and I arrived with but the other advisors were very helpful. Unfortunately just an oil change took over an hour and a half even when it was scheduled and I arrived 15 minutes early. The department was kind and courteous and I can’t put any blame on them for the long service times. More
