I always have a great experience visiting this service center! The previous manager, Chris, was great! Even in his absence, with long time employee, Robert, in his place the team is still thriving! This was by the far the easiest to deal with dealership out of all that I encountered during my car search. Not only was everyone extremely pleasant from the moment that I walked in, but they also had very out of all that I encountered during my car search. Not only was everyone extremely pleasant from the moment that I walked in, but they also had very fair prices and did not add in a bunch of ridiculous fees! Tony went above and beyond for me, as did everyone else at the dealership! I will certainly recommend them to friends and family in the future! More

The service shop damaged my car and my issue, almost a month ago, is still not resolved. I have been trying to resolve the matter but when I communicated with the service agent, Mr. Calderon, who dealt w month ago, is still not resolved. I have been trying to resolve the matter but when I communicated with the service agent, Mr. Calderon, who dealt with my car, it continues to worsen. I recently gave a bad survey review and in a manner that can only be described as utter and disgusting retribution, Calderon said: "we are not going to fix your car." He said this after mentioning that I gave another bad survey review on July 3rd. This is my third. I also filed a complaint with corporate, but that was to no avail because they were not helpful..
