I purchases 2013 Kia Sportage I had the vehicle for 7 Years. Okay the problem I was having them in the beginning for New Management took over or too much oil was put in my vehicle several time I have pic Years. Okay the problem I was having them in the beginning for New Management took over or too much oil was put in my vehicle several time I have pictures of that and we have a recall on the Kia so they just trying to make my life so complicated I have a warranty and they know about the recall so what gives!! I just want to be treated like any other individual I can't get a loaner car cuz the new management doesn't do that I want them to honor I have it in black and white my warranty still good there's a recall so what's the problem cannot your tech figured it out or what's going on really. More

Though the girl was very nice, I feel that the dealership overall is dishonest. I’m a disabled older female that broke down 100 miles from home. Great dealership. We were out of town for the weekend and found a car for my daughter before we went back home at another dealership. The car she found was a kia and t We were out of town for the weekend and found a car for my daughter before we went back home at another dealership. The car she found was a kia and the only problem with buying it was that the insurance company would not insure it without the anti-theft update recall done on it first. The dealership that we were getting the car from wouldn't take it to get the recall done so that she could buy it so I called Jim Ellis Kia, and they did everything they could to fit me in before we had to drive 2 hours back home so that she could get it insured and secure the purchase of her new car. I thank God for Jim Ellis Kia, eventhough we did not buy the car from them....they certainly made it possible for my baby girl to buy the car and leave with a smile. She loves her car and Jim Ellis made it possible! Excellent service! More
