Called about a new Tacoma that was listed and priced. Only to find out the dealer has a $10,000 mark up that wasn't listed in the advertised price. For this reason I will never do business with this deal Only to find out the dealer has a $10,000 mark up that wasn't listed in the advertised price. For this reason I will never do business with this dealership now or in the future. The consumer has the power to bring this deceptive practice to an end. Kept 2 1/2 hours and $170 to fix my remote keyfob I asked the service consultant to make a simple fix which I thought I was unable to do. His service department refused to do it. I ended up doing the fix myself when I got home-it took about 30 seconds. The only thing my $170 and 2 1/2 hours brought was a key light illuminating on my dashboard-which didn't happen before. More
