I worked with our salesman Devon and he went out of his way to make the process smooth. He definitely lived up to that. He also took care of a lot of the required paperwork and price negotiation before we even got to the dealership so we could spend the minimum time to complete the purchase. The only reason that the finance office experience was not that good. We decided on a maintenance plan and when we got home we found out that the contract didn't have the right name, car, vin, or anything but my wife's signature. I came by the next day and requested that they cancel the plan and they did without any hassle. Devon even stepped in to assist and make it smooth and hassle free with the managers. Despite this one hiccup, I would definitely buy from this dealership again. More
