Although your service department has stated that no diagnostic trouble codes were found during inspection, I am able to retrieve codes independently, including an O2 sensor fault, for which I have documented proof. Despite multiple voicemail and text messages over the past weeks requesting a maintenance inspection, I have received no response. This lack of communication and failure to address unresolved mechanical issues is unacceptable. I am requesting immediate contact to schedule a comprehensive diagnostic inspection and to outline a clear plan for resolution under warranty. If I do not receive a response promptly, I will consider further action to protect my consumer rights. More
