I have been a buyer at this honda and consumer of services there for nearly a decade. This year, I returned as a repeat buyer to seek to purchase an Odyssey. While the staff are very nice, the faci services there for nearly a decade. This year, I returned as a repeat buyer to seek to purchase an Odyssey. While the staff are very nice, the facility is clean, the naked price gouging in the current market is distasteful. As a customer who bought 3 times over a decade looking to stay loyal and return for another new car, that relationship is not valued by the dealership. After some back and forth over a new vehicle, the Honda sales represented disclosed that all new vehicles were being sold for MSRP plus a $2500 market adjustment fee. I am disappointed - years of customer loyalty, service, knowingly buying the Hondacare and other pricey and profitable options all thrown away because in the immediate market they are prioritizing short term dollars over customers. More

Our initial purpose for going to Honda of Greeley was to get warranty work done by the service department.
