Everyone was friendly and helpful while we were there in person. However, I made it clear that I was leaving on a business trip and wanted the financing piece to be wrapped up quickly. I tried calling in multiple times to check on it and could never get someone on the phone. After 4 days my wife drove 30 minutes to the dealership to find out Heiser had never submitted the form and I would need to wait another week for everything to process. They seem to be very understaffed and it is leading to poor customer service. Again, everyone is great in person, but if you have to follow up over the phone or the process is slightly more complicated than usual (usaa financing) expect long, frustrating delays. More
