From the moment I started speaking with Jeff he listened to what I was looking to purchase. I told him what I was interested and never once did he push me towards any other vehicle or even color option. Ver to what I was looking to purchase. I told him what I was interested and never once did he push me towards any other vehicle or even color option. Very customer centric approach and I respect that. Nothing about the experience was stressful I would actually say rather exciting. I found myself during the downtime of the process speaking with the parts department about possible options after the purchase of the vehicle. I will have to even mention while I was at the parts department counter and Dakota was away for a minute to get a labor qoute someone in passing even asked if I been helped. I appreciate how it feels that each employee cares and helps with all customers and not like others dealership where employees claim customers and they don't want anyone near them. I appreciate everything Randy does for the Murfreesboro Nelson Mazda location. He does a great job with his employees and its seen by how they are treating the customers. More

This is a great group of professionals that truly cares about their customers! Christian assessed the vehicle I had brought in and gave me plenty options moving forward. I was happy to meet Larry (GM) and about their customers! Christian assessed the vehicle I had brought in and gave me plenty options moving forward. I was happy to meet Larry (GM) and Johnny from the sales team. Both of them made a difficult day and hard decision much more bearable. Johnny has also made the purchase process as seamless as it could be as it involved trading in the old vehicle. The whole team provides their customers with exceptional service, and I highly recommend them. PS: I have my kids with me (7 and 9) and in all of this I never felt like their being kids was an issue, but on the contrary they were welcome and that made the whole process a whole lot better. They truly, truly went the extra mile or 2 with us. More

I had my vehicle towed to Nelson to replace the alternator initially. An option I thought of was to trade my car in and take the loss of value instead of putting money into the repair. I figured it would be a stress filled situation with that type of deal and too much hassle for the dealership to entertain that idea. However, Alysson made the entire process the easiest I’ve ever experienced with a dealership. She has an extremely up front and honest approach which is greatly appreciated. The patience she has to have to deal with my awful communication is top notch. I want to say thank you to her and my guy, Orlando, for going out of their way to pick me up from my apartment to get me to the dealership. 10/10 legit good people. More

Very long wait. No accommodations for women with children. Poor communication in regards to updates on service progress and estimated completion time . There seemed to be a lack of empathy and under children. Poor communication in regards to updates on service progress and estimated completion time . There seemed to be a lack of empathy and understanding as a mother of two children under the age of 6. I tried everything to keep them calm and entertained. I ended up packing up everything and pushing both of my boys in a stroller down the street in the heat past the GMC dealership only to walk back in with no update/check in. We waited practically 2 hours for an oil change service appointment. It was also frustrating that we ended up missing my son’s initial haircut appointment that day. Thankfully his barber was able to make room for us later that evening. Had Devin not called and responded the way that he did, action definitely would have been taken to file a grievance regarding my experience. Thanks Devin for noticing/acknowledging the poor service I received and for taking action to try and rectify the situation. More
