Being a Subaru Loyalist, I was not in a hurry to replace my 2015 Subaru Outback. Yet, she was turning 11 years old and I was interested in upgrading to some new technology. Devin Fuchs at Subaru of Jacksonville is why I decided to go ahead and trade in my 2015 Outback on a 2025 Outback. Everyone at the dealership is was very kind and pleasant to deal with but Devin truly stands out. He took the time to explain all of the new technology to me. He is so easy to talk to and we have so much in common that it is kind of crazy!. Also, any person that loves dogs as much as I do is an excellent person in my book. Devin was very transparent, patient, kind and most importantly, knowledgeable. Subaru is very lucky to have him representing them. Being from Colorado, I had a great relationship with my dealership there. After relocating to Jacksonville, it is such a nice feeling to know that I now have one with Subaru of Jacksonville. I am in love with my new Outback and look forward to driving her for many years to come. I will never drive anything other than a Subaru. After a car accident in which I totaled my 2011 Honda CR-V, I needed a new car. I’d looked online for weeks for cars and decided I wanted a newer SUV with more safety features. My dad and I went to 3 d CR-V, I needed a new car. I’d looked online for weeks for cars and decided I wanted a newer SUV with more safety features. My dad and I went to 3 dealerships in Jacksonville. The first salesman we met was nice but just didn’t have what I needed cost or inventory wise. The second dealership was Subaru Jacksonville. We met Devin Fuchs and he was amazing! He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to waste my time looking at vehicles I wasn’t interested in or were out of my price range. I could tell he was genuinely interested in trying to get the right car for me. I test drove a Subaru Forester and a 2017 Subaru Outback. The Outback felt like a winner. As it was my first big purchase, I was very nervous even with a reasonable price. My dad and I went to get coffee and mull it over. On our way back, we stopped by the Toyota dealership. Bad vibes immediately. The salesperson was pushy and pompous. He was very excited to be bragging about how they have 5 football fields of cars. I pointed out that I didn’t need 5 football fields of cars, I needed one car, and if they didn’t have the car that was right for me, the amount of inventory was irrelevant. Needless to say, we called Devin and asked if he could work with us a little bit, he said yes. We high-tailed it back to the Subaru dealership, and we got it done. I am now the proud owner of a 2017 Subaru Outback Touring. I felt like I upgraded from The Flintstones to The Jetsons. Devin was so patient and helpful. He didn’t rush me at any point, he even took the time to teach me how all the fancy new buttons function. He’s even taken the time to help me after I made my purchase. 10/10 would recommend Devin Fuchs. More
