With over 15 years in the industry I have worked in almost every customer facing role. I learned the industry in a big city, high volume and high pressure environment. That went against the grain for me. My personal philosophy is putting the client first, Finding the correct vehicle for them and working the terms from there. I am the lowest pressure guy in the building at most places I work, I refuse to twist someone's arm to get a car out; that is short sighted.
