Don't know what just happened but l do know this place is AWFUL!!! Basically I was held hostage for over an hour. I got there about 430 and left @ 745! So cut this horror story short. I guess I should have known better when the salesperson offer me dinner after telling me it would only 15 minutes to get an answer from the bank on financing. By the way I already had financing through my bank. So here's where it gets weird. The salesperson is gone for an hour. The car I was trying to buy is gone and this guy has my keys to my car on top of I would have left. Also during this time some lady comes up to me She tells me that my name is not on my insurance.....lol....xxx!!!! She also tells me that I need to get a hold of to rectify this. So he finally shows up. I was pissed. I told him I was out of there. He says yeah we could only get 15%. No I'm sorry for your wait or anything after he wasted 3 1/2 hours of my life!!!! You know you'd think with a name like Cadillac the service would be a whole lot better. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy!! More
