The dealership environment, courtesy and reception were clean, friendly and welcoming. While the finance gentleman was courteous and polite, there was too much emphasis and some degree of pressure to accep clean, friendly and welcoming. While the finance gentleman was courteous and polite, there was too much emphasis and some degree of pressure to accept the additional warranties offered that were too high priced averaging $4000 for each warranty.
