Derrick was great. The whole experience couldn’t have been better until the financing portion. We previously leased or purchased 13 cars from Bradshaw Acura and never had an experience like this. Also he was training someone else. As stated above, everyone else at the dealership was professional except for this guy. I think his name is Aaron Brown. More
