WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! While we love our new Toyota Sienna, everyone we have worked with has been dishonest and incompetent to say the least. They charged us for wheel lock While we love our new Toyota Sienna, everyone we have worked with has been dishonest and incompetent to say the least. They charged us for wheel locks which were not even on our car, only after my husband called them out on this did they reimburse us. They told us they would submit the registration and pay taxes which they did not. My husband had to call multiple times to follow up and even then, it wasn't until our temp registration had expired that they finally overnighted us the title and paperwork needed to complete the registration. My husband has to take time of work to go and complete the registration and taxes, which by the way the dealership charged us for, so now we are battling to get our money back for this. They also told us that they were waiting to get a second key from the owner and that they would send it to us via mail once they received it. We have had the car for several months now and still have no key. We have called several times to follow up and they will not return our calls. We have had nothing but problems with every department we have talked to, especially sales and would never purchase a vehicle from them again. More
