They worked with my budget, and understood my needs in our next vehicle. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in, and they knew my name! And Derrick wasn’t even our salesperson! The car was waiting for me all shiny, pretty, and all warmed up and ready to go. Rick Miller took me out for a test drive, and was very knowledgeable to the ins and outs of the car. I had been researching for awhile, and their prices stood out as being far better than the rest. The showroom is clean and upscale, and the lot is chock full of gorgeous, beautifully maintained, competivily priced vehicles. No reason to buy a “new” car when you can buy a “n’used” car! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an easy, comfortable, no pressure sales experience. We went to pick up the car, and Chris Brunner did our financing. Got us a smokin’ rate, and worked the numbers to find us the best way to finance to fit our budget- not to mention the 5 year, 50K mile, FULL warranty that was rolled in to the payments for a painless piece of mind. That’s generally a new car service! Overall, I would not hesitate for a second to go back to this outstanding team of professionals and their top notch inventory, and recommend them to everyone I know who is fiscally minded, and wants a quality vehicle at a palatable price. They are well equipped with information on all cars and they definitely know what they’re doing. I found the perfect car and in less than 2 days the vehicle was mine. He demonstrated patience as I was unsure what I wanted to consider for my next car. My search took me to other dealers as well, however, the customer service at Wallingford Auto Park stood out from the others. I finally decided on a vehicle and went back to see Derrick. He was swamped that day and had a line of people at his desk. When he was working with me, he made it seem that I was the only person he had to help. I came back from our test drive and told him what I like and didn’t like about the car. He then made a recommendation which captured both, the things I liked and addressed the issues that I was concerned about. It was truly the best option for us and I would not have known to consider that car otherwise. The trade in value of our current car was given to us upon our initial visit, a few months back. Since then we put new tires on our old vehicle. They explained they had to re-evaluate the car and the trade offer may change. I thought the worst and figured they would lower the amount offered since our mileage went up. They actually increased the offer we received 3 months prior, probably accounting for the tires, which I did not even mention. Derrick communicated clearly during the next day, guided me through the insurance transfer and plate cancellation process. Chris in finance also did an amazing job securing the best rate. The experience was truly stress free. My two young children were welcomed each time we went into the dealership, offered a chair, etc.. I am so excited about our purchase and so happy with the car we decided on, thanks to Derrick. He is low pressure, extremely respectful and truly customer focused. More
