I had a very stressful situation where I needed a car immediately and Derek was incredibly reliable, honest and resourceful. I came in somewhat close minded, having driven the same car model twice and wa immediately and Derek was incredibly reliable, honest and resourceful. I came in somewhat close minded, having driven the same car model twice and was ready to buy it for the third time. In a matter of minutes, Derek sent over other options that he thought would be a better fit for my needs, ran all of the numbers, and went over the pros and cons with me. I couldn’t believe how easy and seamless the whole process was. Most importantly , he kept himself out of the sale and put himself in my shoes. He will be with you from the beginning to the very end until he knows you’re happy! I couldn’t be more thrilled with the vehicle I have now and I probably wouldn’t have known to try it out if it weren’t for him and his expertise.
