My experience was in the purchase of a new car. The dealership had fees that were in line with what I expected and didn't include any nonsense add ons. There was an issue with the new car that was a bit out of the ordinary, and it took them a bit to get it solved, but the absolutely got it resolved for me. Buying a new car is stressful, the process is the same everywhere, but when you find a dealer that doesn't add on a bunch of crappy add-ons, does what they say and stands behind what they say you have to respect that. More

We bought a vehicle that had a few issues ( one fairly serious) and it took 3 trips to the dealership to get it resolved during our vacation but they ultimately resolved those. Not convenient since we live about 45 minutes away. We have to bring the vehicle to another dealer to fix a dent they agreed to fix- again, not convenient but apparently they will pay for it, which we hope they will ,but another trip to a dealer even further away. .So, a fair amount of inconvenience but atleast a good outcome so far. More

I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership, to include when it was Bay Harbor Ford. In August of this year I purchased a 2022 F250 Tremor that only had approx. 11,000 miles. The truck was immacula include when it was Bay Harbor Ford. In August of this year I purchased a 2022 F250 Tremor that only had approx. 11,000 miles. The truck was immaculate, except for the AC blew very weakly and had a weird smell. Even being reassured by the sales person that this was normal for this style of truck when I questioned this. I returned to speak with the sales person multiple times over the next week or so, I got the same answer every time. This is normal. When i was able to finally get the truck into Quick Lane, I was informed that there is an issue but they would not honor fixing it and it would cost me $280.00. When I refused to pay for this, I received a call from the Service Manager who claims to have talked to the Sales Manager. The Sales Manager refused to fix the issue still. I have not heard from anyone to help resolve this. More
