The customer service at Maserati/Bentley Jacksonville is excellent. From Nick, the salesman, to Sam and Derek in Service, to TJ Samhouri the GM, I could not have had a better buying experience. The staff took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly explained the services needed for my vehicle. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process, making me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Moreover, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities.
