Derek was exceptional at communicating what services I needed and how much it cost. He took time to answer my questions in a way that helped me understand what needed to be done urgently and what could needed and how much it cost. I have an older Forester and want to hang on to it as long as I can because it is a manual and they are becoming difficult to find. My only complaint is the charge for reading the diagnostic scanner. I understand charging the fee if I didn't have any repairs done. However, I was charged the standard $89 fee and subsequently spent almost $2200 in repair work. So I think its not unreasonable to waive the charge if Brilliance is getting the service work More

I've had two fairly straightforward service visits that were both executed flawlessly. The Service Desk reps were both knowledgeable, friendly, and consultative. I like the video the service department shares of the vehicle inspection.
