Dealership was ok thru the point of sale. A little slow on follow up regarding floor mats after point of sale. I’m a customer who came in to look at, and possibly buy a new Kia Telluride. I love the vehicle, and the spacious interior. I also love the ebony black exterior. I also like the V6 engine. What I’m disappo new Kia Telluride. I love the vehicle, and the spacious interior. I also love the ebony black exterior. I also like the V6 engine. What I’m disappointed in are the business practices of the dealership personnel. Two weeks after I I had purchased the vehicle, I noticed a small chip in the windshield on the passenger side of the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership for inspection. They said that they don’t do repairs like that. Instead, they recommended me to an outside company to make repairs on the windshield. The repair tech took before, during, and after repairs photos of the windshield and the work that the tech performed. The windshield repair company said that the original chip in the windshield was not reparable due the dealership having placed resin drops into the windshield chip area. A proper repair was never performed correctly by the dealership. The resin was not sealed, or cured by black light as it should have been at the dealership. The outside repair tech had to drill a hole on the other end of the crack, which was about a half inch horizontal on the windshield, passenger side. This had to have been done before I took possession of the vehicle itself. Upon inspection by the sale person, she missed the improper repair in the passenger side of the windshield. I have pictures of the windshield. What I would like is for the dealership to replace the windshield with a new one. I fully expect to hear from you soon, asap would be great! More

The dealership was easy to get to, clean, and provided plenty of seating. A variety of beverage options were available as well.
