I appreciated their no-nonsense and direct approach to sales, meaning that there wasn’t any unnecessary waiting or chatter. I actually purchased an entry-level Kia Soul, downgrading from a larger model. I was treated as if I was buying the best car on the lot! The entire staff was friendly, smiled, made eye contact, shook hands, and were very respectful of my needs treating me with respect and courtesy . Prior to purchasing this car, I had gone to a few other dealerships in the area. My experience with them, paled in comparison to my experience with Rick Case. This dealership is 40 minutes away from my house and there is a closer dealership five minutes away. This place is worth the drive. I will continue to use Rick Case for my future auto service as well as future purchases.
