Once I arrived at the dealership later that day I was met by Michael and Derek who had the car ready. There was no pushy sales pitch just facts and details because the car sold itself. Derek was very knowledgeable about ever aspect of the car. He was quick to answer all the questions I threw at him. Working with Jerremy in the finance department his knowledge and professionalism made the transaction easy and painless. The week after purchasing the car I had the pleasure to experience working with the service department. I was getting the car tinted, 3m film applied and ceramic coated. Jesse kept me informed through the whole process and the turn around time was fantastic. When I got the car back it looked better than new. They even spotlessly cleaned the inside. Everything was perfect! Professional, knowledgeable and customer satisfaction across the board. Let’s be honest a Mercedes isn’t cheap but this team does not overlook any detail!
