Our Salesman, Derrick, was great to help us pick out our 4Runner. We were disappointed he wasn't able to help us with getting running boards installed and the vehicle only had 1 FOB. I deducted 1 star becau 4Runner. We were disappointed he wasn't able to help us with getting running boards installed and the vehicle only had 1 FOB. I deducted 1 star because of the hassle it was to finally get our title. We were told it could take 5-6 weeks. The day before 7 weeks later we started trying to get our title so we can get our plates and registration. It's sad we finally had to contact the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles to help us get our title on its way. We thank Luna and any others who were finally able to get it on it's way to us. More

We came in on 4/23/25 and test drove the tundras. We made offer, the salesman (Derek)was very nice. We hasn’t came to any agreement on the price, after back and forth with questions. The salesman has the manager(Raul)came talked to us. The manager was very rude, he said we waste of their time and the salesman been helping for few hours. Raul asked us to offered the price, we gave our price and they’re not agree. They don’t have to agree but customer offers, when customer offered, they said we said no and give us mean/rude attitudes. We had a few new Toyota from other Toyota dealerships before and haven’t had any rude/mean experiences. Derek has contacted us to come back but we haven’t decided to see if we want to go back. Customer service is hard but they don’t have to be mean/rude to the customers . More
