They all are very nice at the Buick dealership on Ohio in Salina, from the front counter ladies to the guys in the back and my car is always taken care of well. The service is fine but I was not impressed with trying to sell me things I didn't need. It was condescending. My car had been denied most maintenance services for most of the time I had owned it. It needed new parts and they were acquired without delay. I made an appointment to have my sensor replaced because the tire sensor warning light went off. This is the third time it’s happened and it’s always been the same sensor so what I made the appointment I t the tire sensor warning light went off. This is the third time it’s happened and it’s always been the same sensor so what I made the appointment I told him I thought it need to be replaced. I go to the appointment and they hook it up to the computer and they find out that. Yes it needs to be replaced and then they tell me we don’t have the part but we’ll have it tomorrow. I told them on the phone what it was so why didn’t they check with the parts department and find out if they had the part in stock before I made the trip down which was an hour? I didn’t appreciate that. I had to make another trip down to get it fixed. More
