You are right, I was confused because tires did not show a symbol on the tire as per owners manual, it wasn’t explained to me at purchase by Derrick nor Lee. Lee even looked in truck area, more than Derrick did, but nothing was said. There is no standard equipment for tires my tires as per owners manual, no compressor, no sealant assembly, nor sealant. This certainly is a reflection of the on the assumingely professionals working at Rainbow. I was told by Derrick you only buy auction vehicles with a 4.5 out of 5 rating, this gave me a sense of professionalism from Rainbow I didn’t get when I bought my Mercedes from Rainbow. My skepticism was enhanced when Rainbow sent me a notice my GMC truck warranty has expired, it said please respond by August 21st, I received the notice on August 22nd. I called the number provided and corresponded with an agent, I gave him my customer ID number and gave him the expiration date and it showed I had two more years and 50,000 more miles on my warranty. The letter was signed by Craig Boudreaux Dealer!!! The agent also told me after I showed dissatisfaction that he had heard many complaints in the past about Rainbow. I’m looking forward to seeing you when I get my license plate to discuss this matter in length, we will have time because Lee told me Rainbow had to detail my vehicle, something that wasn’t done when I purchased the vehicle.
